	Payroll Quarterly Reports are due by April 30, 2010 (941, SUTA and L&I) for Q1-2010
	Quarterly City B&O
	Quarterly Excises for those of you who are not scheduled monthly

Payroll Reminders

Be sure to have employee verify that all information on pay stubs are correct (ie. social security number, address and withholdings).

Update employees’ addresses as soon as change occurs that way the correct address will be on file.

You should have on file for each employee:

W-4 – completely filled out with your company information on the bottom portion as well

I-9 – should be completely filled out with the proper verifications attached to the I-9

Remember that overtime is any hours over forty in one workweek.

Additional Payroll Information

Bonuses are subject to payroll taxes. This even includes gift certificates and other items as well.

Tips are subject to payroll taxes.
